I currently act as a weekly newsreader and broadcast assistant for Riverside Radio, having done the same role at Shoreditch Radio earlier this year. I have also been acting as a production assistant and social video editor for the podcast Gift of the Gab with Gab, creating weekly podcast episodes and platform specific content. During my undergrad, I also produced and hosted a weekly 2-hour live show for students called 'Confessions of a Yapaholic', where listeners wrote in their problems and we gave advice and played problem-related music. 

During my time here, I have been acting as the production assistant for the weekly show, helping to set up studio, orchestrate guests, and facilitating smooth run of the production. I have also been the social video editor, creating weekly short form videos identifying key moments from the show.

Peckham's Aylesham Centre is set to be demolished and replaced with high-rise buildings. These new flats will only include 77 affordable homes, out of the 877 planned.

Housing developer Berkeley Homes started their appeal of the counsels decision to block the build on Tuesday, and protestors from Aylesham Community Action appeared outside Southwark Counsel.

Young people in London say that they are being priced out of theatre tickets, despite the Society of London Theatre saying that tickets are made to be affordable. 

I investigated whether young people in London can afford these theatre tickets, and why they are priced so high.
